KEL has strict Health & Safety Policy.
Daily and period safety briefs are conducted for all workers.
Basic health facilities and doctors are available within the facility.

Our focus is to minimize and mitigate any negative impact on the environment as we realize the potential effect for future generations.
These include minimizing and disposal of waste, impact on air quality, contamination of water and energy consumption.
We are planning to have active engagement of all stakeholders including investors, policy makers, various NGOs, and peer companies to address potential environmental impact.
